Expressing and implementing the design intent
Our design implementation phase ensures that all of the work that has been done up to this point culminates in a final product that accurately expresses the original intent.
During this phase we act as a consumer-led design liaison and customer advocate, infusing the process and design partners with customer insight.
Our commitment is to guide and facilitate the design process. Many of us are trained in the design field and design thinking permeates all of what we do. This gives us the ability and flexibility to provide direction to your internal design team or external consultants regardless of where they are in the world.
Our goal is to make sure the original intent is fully realized and not reinvented.
An offering’s success is based on the overall experience it conveys.
Our approach
- Ideation sessions to immerse design teams in the customer experience
- Design briefs that provide conceptual direction
- Concept reviews and concept validation to ensure that design principals are being properly translated
A design partner might be a group within our client’s firm, a group our client is already working with, or a group we recommend. Cheskin’s history of working with design firms runs deep—just ask some of the people who maintain these relationships for insight into who to recommend if this is needed.
