A Great Blister
Sony style gets it right with a blister pack that is easy to open.

I've always wondered if the reason those things are so tough to open is to prevent them from being opened in the store and having the contents inside stolen.

the sealing of a blister pack is often to prevent theft - as well as the overall size - see Costo's pkg stds - unique to the industry for theft prevention this package - could feature on keystone that makes it difficult to remove the object - or the object could have a rf tag - or other means to prevent theft the sealing is also cheaper if it is a one time heat seal - operation at manufacturing - the machines for snap are different and it requiers more design/engineering to make the snaps
